At PACT Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
